Registration and fees

CONFERENCE FEES

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). Accommodation is not included in the fees – please see ACCOMMODATION.

In the first instance, registration will only possible for those whose abstract has been approved; due to an overwhelming interest in the conference, we have already reached the maximum number of participants and hence we are sorry to inform you that registration is not possible no more (this also goes for those whose abstracts have been accepted but have failed to register before the registration deadline for presenters). However, if you want to be put on a waiting list please contact the conference secretary at skibsted@cgs.aau.dk.  

Conference fees

 

1. Full conference  DKK 1,000 (including 25% VAT) – approx. EUR 135
2. Full conference for students/unemployed  DKK 650 (including 25% VAT) – approx. EUR 88
3. Optional 1/½-hour walking tour about prostitution in Copenhagen ca. 1874 until today (30th March 2017) DKK 100 (including 25% VAT) – approx. EUR 13


Bursaries

Some fee-waiver bursaries will be available, as well as a small number of 500Euro bursaries. More information on these and on how to apply will be available when registration opens in mid-December 2016.


Full conference fee includes:

  • Participation in the conference 
  • Conference materials
  • Welcome reception hosted by the City of Copenhagen (29 March 2017)
  • Food and beverages during Wednesday-Friday as well as light lunches on Thursday and Friday (30-31 March 2017)
  • Bus transfer from Aalborg University Copenhagen to both the reception (29th March 2017) and the stakeholder meeting (30th March 2017).


GUIDED WALK FEE

  • Guided walk of Copenhagen cf. the social programme. Registration will be necessary due to limited availability.

 

PAYMENT

  • The conference fee can be paid via credit cards only. The fee includes 25% VAT.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Notification of cancellation must be in writing by email received by the conference secretary before 15 February 2017.
  • Cancellations received on or before 15 February 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid.
  • Cancellations received after 15 February 2017 will be non-refundable.
  • Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
  • Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.
