All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).


CONFERENCE FEES

1. Full conference (including Danish PhD students) DKK 500 (including 25% VAT) – approx. EUR 67
2. Full conference for students/unemployed  DKK 250 (including 25% VAT) – approx. EUR 33


The FULL CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:

  • Participation in the conference 
     
  • Conference materials
     
  • Catering during the conference (coffee breaks and lunch both days, light buffet dinner/reception on Thursday)


PAYMENT

  • The conference fee can be paid via credit cards only. The fee includes 25% VAT.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Notification of cancellation must be in writing by email received by the conference secretary before 2 January 2018.
     
  • Cancellations received on or before 2 January 2018 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid. 
     
  • Cancellations received after 2 January 2018 will be non-refundable. 
     
  • Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason. 
     
  • Substitute participants will be accepted at any time – a name will be required.
